Orders can be returned within 60 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be in their original condition with no evidence of wear-and-tear. All components included in the original order must also be returned. (For example, our rangefinder comes with a hardshell case, lanyard, carabiner, and battery cap.) All returns are inspected upon receipt. This process may take 5-7 business days to complete. If your return does not pass our return inspection, you may be charged a 10% restocking fee or you may not qualify for a refund at all. Returned products that don't qualify for a refund will be recycled and cannot be returned to you. For orders placed through our website, please follow the instructions below on how to return your product. We have partnered with Loop to make the process as easy as possible for our customers. We will provide a return shipping label* and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund when we receive your package and your return is inspected. *For international orders, you are responsible for shipping the returned item(s) back to us as we do not have the capacity to generate international return labels.
