Voice Caddie warrants hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. If a defect exists, Voice Caddie will (1) repair the product, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or like-new and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. Voice Caddie shall have no obligation to repair, replace or refund until the customer returns the defective product to Voice Caddie. This warranty does not apply : (1) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Voice Caddie products; (2) to damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a Voice Caddie Authorized Service Provider; or (3) to a product or part that has been modified without the written permission of Voice Caddie.

The Voice Caddie VC4 does something no GPS watch and no GPS handheld does: it speaks. Press the button, hear the distance. Front, centre, back — audibly. You don't look down, you don't read a screen, you don't adjust your grip to check a display. You hear the number and you choose a club. Active Green technology gives you the precise yardage to the actual pin position rather than a fixed centre-of-green estimate. V-Algorithm processes the slope automatically, so the distance you hear already accounts for the elevation difference. Shot distance measurement records how far you actually hit each shot. Auto course detection means it knows where you are before you do.
Voice Caddie built the VC4 around a specific philosophy: the information should reach you without interrupting the round. A voice that tells you 157 to the back creates no friction. A watch you have to read, a handheld you have to aim — those add a step. The VC4 removes the step.
